I got a new android phone, and was unable to find how to move my Memory Up Pro to that phone. So I bought another copy of the software, and downloaded it to my phone. My sales confirmation gave me an "activation code", while the phone asks for a "registration #". If I put the activation code in the registration box, I get an error message- the registration code is bad.
This is getting very frustrating; can someone please help me out with this?
