Activation Code-NO SUPPORT

I wrote in that my activation code had been cleared do to memory wipe on new BB Tour, Tina in support wrote back and gave me a solution for the Memory Booster program. I wrote her back and she sent me an out of office/support closed until the 20th of February 2010 auto response letter. This was yesterday Feb 16, 2010. I have all the e-mails and would be glad to forward them to you IF ANYBODY CARES about customer support at your office!!!

Thank you for contacting us. Our customer service will be on holiday KINDA LIKE GETTING HUNG UP ON BY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
from Feb 17 to Feb 19, 2010. Our team will get back to you quick from
